What happens when a monitored intruder alarm is activated?
When a monitored alarm is triggered, as well as the alarm sounding, you will also be contacted by immediately to establish whether it is a 'confirmed alarm', i.e a genuine breach rather than an accidental alarm. If it is a confirmed alarm, then our alarm receiving centre will immediately notify the police for a response to be sent to your home or business premises.
Our skilled alarm engineers will service and maintain your system to ensure it operates correctly and reliably, year after year.
